The system can lift and secure bikes to allow assembly in various positions; the bike can be rotated 360° around the seat post axis and flipped 180°, facilitating the operator’s various operations.

This system can be operated individually or as a multiple system as an alternative to traditional assembly lines, or it can be used for special products or small batch production runs.

The bike attachment can be designed both internally (as shown in the video) and externally to the lift.
