Automatic machine for assembling the complete b/b cups of the bottom bracket. Complete of automatic feeders.

Three working stations:

1) rotating table for pre-assembly of the left cup with outer ring, axle, ball cage and greasing;

2) preassembly of the right cup with ball cage and greasing;

3) cup assembly on the frame.

Electro/pneumatic function. Assembly by two screwing groups. Possibility to assemble the hold chain guard.

Very high production: 3 frames in a minute.
