Automatic machine to perform all the different machining of the down tube. Composed by an automatic loader/feeder with a big capacity. Suitable for notching of tubes used from any type of industry. Max standard diameter 50 mm. wall 2,5 m. On demand for bigger diameters and walls.

• Automatic tube loading.
• First positioning of the tube and adjustment in the right position.
• Three hydraulic units to notch/mitre simultaneously the two extremities of tubes (from inside) and eventual ovalisation of the two extremities. One double unit work on the extremity of the B/B for a double end mitering and the second unit works on the head-tube extremity for one or two cuts. The two units are so adjustable in position and length of tube, to permit any cutting of angle and any type of notching (from inside).
• Automatic tube unloading.

The machine works by transfer hands, moving simultaneously to carry the tube from one station to the other.
